Nolet Het Reymerswale is a former restaurant located in Yerseke in the Netherlands. It was a quality restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1976-1995 and 2006-2010.[3][4][5][6][7] The period 1996-2005 is disputed.[8]

The Head chef was Danny Nolet. The restaurant closed down in October 2010, a victim of the economic recession.[9]
